A total of six Jeep concepts have been recently unveiled by the company for the 2013 Easter Jeep Safari, which will definitely be appreciated by the automaker’s fans.
The first creation is named the Wrangler Stitch and it’s based on the Wrangler Rubicon, coming with stripped non essential equipment in order to weigh just 1, 360 kg (3,000 lb). The model has a roll cage, a carbon fiber hood, aluminum components, a chopped windshield and more. The Wrangler Sand Trooper II has a rugged appearance with heavy duty bumpers, and it’s getting a ventilated hood, LED lighting and 40-inch off-road tires. Power to the model is coming from a 5.7L HEMI V8, which is good for 375 HP (280 kW) and 542 Nm of torque (400 lb-ft).
The Wrangler Flattop is getting similar modifications as the one mentioned just above and it also has a chopped windscreen, a metallic sandstone exterior, Katzkin leather seats, copper accents and more. The Jeep Wrangler Slim is another concept, coming with modified bumpers, black leather seats, CB radio, cold-air intake and 2-inch lift kit. The Wrangler Mopar Recon is coming with a 6,4 L HEMI V8 engine, which is producing 470 HP (350 kW), mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. This also has 39-inch off-road tires, new bumpers and 4.5-inch lift kit. Last but not least comes the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk II, with its blood orange exterior, matte black roof and roof rails. The model has a body kit inspired by SRT and it’s powered by a 3.0L EcoDiesel V6, generating 240 HP (179 kW) and 420 lb-ft (569 Nm) of torque.
