A new special edition of the smallest model in Skoda’s lineup, the Citigo, has been introduced and it’s called the Citigo Black Edition.
What would you say to yet another special edition of the Skoda Citigo? Well, the obvious answer would be “bring it on” because there has been quite some time since we have seen one. According to the car manufacturer, the model in question will only become available to its United Kingdom customers and if you live outside this market, you won’t be able to get one.
The Czech based automaker is saying that the new Skoda Citigo Black Edition will become available in two body styles, with three doors and with five doors, and it will bring the Deep Black or the Candy White paint finish, covering its body. Some other goodies found on the small city cruiser also include the body colored side mirrors, the sunset glass for the rear windows and, of course, the Black Auriga alloy wheels, 15-inch in size.
The new Skoda Citigo Black Edition will also bring some standard features which will include the Skoda Portable Infotainment Device (PID), providing hands-free Bluetooth, multimedia player and satellite navigation system, the Citigo Entertainment pack adding the four additional loudspeakers and a multimedia holder, height adjustable driver’s seat, electric front windows, manual air conditioning and more. The special edition of the car will be packing the 1.0 liter MPI engine, producing 60 HP (44 kW). The starting price of the model will be 9,990 GBP.
