Volkswagen’s sub-brand Skoda has released the first teaser image with the Citigo Rally Concept, ahead of its official debut at the Worthersee 2012, along with its intention to unveil the Citigo DJ too.
According to the Czech based car manufacturer, the Skoda Citigo Rally concept will come with an aggressive design, made out of a new body kit with a modified front bumper, a ventilated hood, extended side skirts, a prominent spoiler, a center-mounted exhaust system and a fresh set of 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped around in low-profile tires.
Besides the Skoda Citigo Rally concept, the car manufacturer will also pull the wraps off a new creation, named the Skoda Citigo DJ, which will make its debut at the same Worthersee 2012. Skoda says that the Citigo DJ will open up to reveal a stage and a mixing station which will animate the event thanks to an “international top DJ”.
“They say the driver’s seat has the best view of Lake Worthersee. That is why I’m excited to be able to experience in person the legendary atmosphere at Lake Worthersee this year”, said the Skoda Motorsport factory driver Jan Kopecky.
Sadly this is all we have got for the moment on both vehicles, the Skoda Citigo Rally concept and the Skoda Citigo DJ, but more details on the two models will be announced shortly, during the Worthersee 2012.
