Volkswagen’s sub-brand Skoda has announced the price list for the Citigo model in the United Kingdom, where the entry-level version Citigo S can be bought for 7,630 pounds.
Only a day after its sister car Seat Mii was launched in the UK with a starting price of 7,845, the Skoda Citigo is being placed into the spotlights with the company announcing its official prices in the same country. According to the car manufacturer, the Skoda Citigo S, which is the entry-level, is powered by the 1.0 liter three-cylinder petrol engine, which is producing 54 BHP, mated to a five-speed transmission. The model is coming with head and thorax airbags, auxiliary input, CD player and 14-inch steel wheels.
The mid-level Skoda Citigo SE has a price of 8,530 pounds for the three-door and 8,880 pounds for the five-door, being equipped with remote central locking, body-colored mirrors and door handles, electric front windows, air-conditioning and improved ESP. the GreenTec package, which is available as an option from GBP350 to GBP410 on other trim levels is fitted as standard onto the Elegance top of the line model and it includes regenerative braking, stop/start and lower rolling resistance tires, allowing the model to return an average of 68,9 mpg and emit just 96 g/km of CO2. The Elegance is adding 14-inch alloy wheels, heated mirrors and front seats, leather trimmed steering wheel, front fog lamps, sat-nav and a portable touch screen. The Skoda Citigo will go on sale in June in the UK.
