The new generation of the Skoda Fabia is getting ready to receive its second body style, the Combi.
Our spy photographers have recently spotted the upcoming Skoda Fabia Combi on the public roads, where it was being tested. Its camouflage suggests that the model was trying to pass as a Rapid Combi but, then again, the similarities between the new Fabia and the larger Rapid are pretty obvious, and we are not just talking about the design. The 2015 Skoda Fabia Combi will be the more practical version of the model and it will go on sale probably sometimes next year.
The model in question has a sharp shoulder line, LED headlights, which have been hidden away from view and all the gizmos found on its hatchback brother too, which include the entire engine lineup, like the 1.2 TSI, with 110 HP, the 1.0 MPI with 60 HP, the 1.4 liter common rail direct injected diesel burner with 75 HP or 105 HP or the future 1.4 TDI in the GreenLine version. The same proportions of the hatchback will be carried over to the estate too, except, of course, for the rear end, which will be modified. More details on the model remain unknown for the moment.
