Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo going to Geneva image

Skoda has officially announced its plans of introducing a Monte Carlo edition of the Fabia and Fabia Combi at this year’s Geneva Motor Show.

Skoda has officially confirmed the debut of the Monte Carlo Fabia and Fabia Combi at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, for the 3rd of March. The two models will be receiving the glossy black finish for the 16-inch wheels, some glossy black body parts such as the window frame, the front grille, the side mirror caps, the trim for the side sills, the lower parts of the front and rear bumper and so on. The vehicles will also be receiving the panoramic sunroof with a smoke finish, along with the black B-pillar and the rear privacy glass, amongst others.

The interior design of the Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo and Fabia Combi Monte Carlo will not remain stock either as these will be getting the 3-spoke sport steering wheel, wrapped in leather with red stitching, sporty front seats with a special upholstery which will only be found on the Monte Carlo, some glossy black finished surfaces to match the exterior design and several other tweaks. The two models will also receive modified sports suspension systems but the engine lineup will remain unchanged so as we previously reported, an RS version will not be offered. More details on the Fabia and Fabia Combi Monte Carlo are limited for the moment and will be announced on the 3rd of March, during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
