Skoda has recently announced that the all-new Rapid has arrived in Slovakia, where the model can now be bought from 278,000 CZK (11,111 euros).
After the Czech based automaker has announced a few months ago that the Skoda Rapid has entered production at the company’s facility in Mlada Boleslav, the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the newest vehicle in Skoda’s lineup arriving in Slovakia, where it can be bought from 11,111 euros. For the money, future owners of the model will get the 1.2 MPI Active version, which is coming with a manual air conditioning and the extended 4-year / 60,000 km warranty.
If the 1.2 TSI version is what you’re looking for, you should know that this is available from 12,799 euros (320,000 CZK), while if you choose the 1.6 TDI model in the Active version, you should pay an extra 1,290 euros. The all-new Skoda Rapid is expected to be launched in other markets across the Old Continent this month or in December. As a quick reminder, the Skoda Rapid is slotted between the Fabia and the Octavia and it’s coming with a varety of engines, ranging from 74 HP to 121 HP. The Rapid is 4,483 mm long, 1,706 mm wide and 1,461 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,602 mm.
