The all-new Skoda Rapid has been recently teased on the Old Continent, where the model will be launched in late 2012 or early 2013.
After the Skoda Rapid has been caught on camera on the Czech Republic highway on a motorway near Mlada Boleslav and testing on the Nurburgring in Germany not too long ago, the car company has decided to place it into the spotlights once again, this time by releasing two teaser images which are revealing the front grille, he hood with the emblem and the rear taillight. The Skoda Rapid will be slotted between the Fabia and the Octavia models, once it will hit the market in late 2012 or early 2013 in Europe.
As a quick reminder, the Skoda Rapid is 4,39 meters long, 1,70 meters wide and 1,40 meters tall and on the Indian auto market is coming with two engines, a diesel and a petrol burner, both of them with the 1.6 liter displacement and both developing just over 100 horsepower. The Skoda Rapid has been previewed by the MissionL Concept car at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show in September. The Rapid is already available in India and its production in China has started earlier this month.
