The first renderings with the Skoda Rapid vRS have recently hit the web and they are showing what is expected to become a new production model.
The Czech based automaker is rumored to prepare a vRS version of the new Rapid and this is an obvious version of the vehicle considering the fact that the Fabia and Octavia are also getting vRS variants, and that the Rapid is slotted in between those two models. Skoda has already introduced the just a couple of weeks ago, and this was said to be a first step into producing the Rapid vRS.
The images posted below are renderings made by Theophilus Chin and they are showing what may become a new production model. The Skoda Rapid in question has been fitted with a standard hood, with a new front bumper, a modified rear bumper, a rear diffuser, a black roof and a one tone body paint and let’s not forget those new wheels. The final production version of the Skoda Rapid vRS will probably receive a more mild version of the 2.0 liter turbocharged engine signed by Volkswagen and used in models like the new Octavia vRS or the new Golf GTI.
