Skoda has announced its plans to introduce a new member of the Superb family, the SportLine, during the next week.
The Czech based automaker Skoda is getting ready for the 2015th edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show and one of the models which will be making its debut at the show will be the new Superb SportLine. The vehicle in question will be the closest thing offered to a Superb RS and it will be getting some sporty cosmetic tweaks. According to the company, the model will get a sportier body, 18- and 19-inch alloy wheels, a lower suspension system bringing the vehicle closer to the road by 15 mm and much more.
The Skoda Superb SportLine is also going to receive the tinted windows, the carbon like trim elements in the cabin, the aluminum pedal set, the sports seat with an exclusive finish, the new three-spoke steering wheel, the gear knob (both wrapped in leather) and several other goodies. The new addition to the Skoda Superb family will become available with all the engines used on the rest of the flagship lineup except for the base 1.4 liter TSI gasoline and the 1.6 liter TDI diesel burner. The model will be debuting at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, next week, and it will share the space with the economical GreenLine, which is promising to go up to 1,780 km (1,106 miles) with a single tank of diesel.
