The Czech based automaker Skoda has released the first teaser image with a new concept car which will be officially presented to the public next weekend, at Worthersee 2014, in Austria.
Skoda will not unveil just the CitiJet Concept during the Worthersee 2014, as the car manufacturer has recently released the first teaser image with another one-off vehicle, which will be making its public debut during the Austrian automotive event. The model in question seems to be based on the facelifted version of the Yeti, but its more aggressive design is clearly visible, along with its more rugged looks, which should set it apart from the production version.
The crossover has received an aggressive body kit, with flared wheel arches, a redesigned front bumper with beefier vents, underbody protection and several other tweaks which aren’t visible from this image. The model in question seems to be riding on large off-road tires. Don’t expect to see it in production as a new version of the Yeti because this will remain a simple project created by Skoda. More details on it will be announced once it will be officially unveiled next week, at Worthersee 2014.
