The Czech based automaker Skoda has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, the Yeti Laurin & Klement Edition, in the United Kingdom.
According to the car manufacturer, the Skoda Yeti Laurin & Klement Edition is the new top of the range and it will slot above the current Yeti Elegance. Skoda says that the new trim level will add goodies worth more than 4,000 GBP for a price of just 2,000 GBP, when compared to the Elegance version. The model in question is getting silver roof rails, black side protective mouldings, special badges, 17-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, parking sensors, heated windscreen, DAB radio, sat-nav, piano black trim and more.
Future owners of the Skoda Yeti Laurin & Klement Edition will be able to choose between any of the current paint schemes, except for the Pacific Blue and the Corrida Red. A colored roof option is not available. The Skoda Yeti Laurin & Klement Edition is coming with four-wheel drive and a choice of three engines, the 158 BHP 1.8 liter TSI petrol, the 138 BHP 2.0 liter TDI diesel and the 2.0 TDI diesel with 168 BHP. The name of the special edition has been inspired from the company’s founders, Vaclav Laurin and Vaclav Klement.
