The Czech based car manufacturer Skoda has recently announced that a limited edition of the Yeti, named the Urban, has been launched in the United Kingdom.
According to the automaker, the Skoda Yeti Urban limited Edition is actually getting 2,450 pounds worth of extra features which don’t cost any more than the SE mid-level model, which the Urban is based on, at no extra cost. Skoda says that the Yeti Urban Limited Edition is adding features like the fog lights, roof rails, silver door mirror covers, chrome side strips, wheel arch extensions and 17-inch alloy wheels in black and chrome.
The cabin of the Skoda Yeti Urban Limited Edition hasn’t been left aside either and this is now coming with a choice of black or red sports seats, a front center armrest with storage compartment, multi-function steering wheel, cruise control, acoustic rear parking sensors, satellite navigation system, Bluetooth and DAB digital radio.
The Skoda Yeti Urban Limited Edition is only available with a choice of two engines, the 1.2 liter TSI which is developing a total output of 104 BHP and returns an average of 44.1 mpg in a combined cycle (149 g/km CO2) and the 2.0 liter TDI with 108 BHP and 52.3 mpg (140 g/km CO2). The petrol burner has been priced at 16,900 GBP and the TDI costs 18,330 GBP. Only 750 units of the Yeti Urban will be available in the UK.
