The new range-topping version of the Smart ForTwo, the Brabus, is getting ready to be introduced.
Smart has confirmed the rumors which have been announcing a new range topping version of the new ForTwo generation, the ForTwo Brabus, and now, our spy photographers have managed to capture it on camera, while it was being tested out on public roads. The model pictured below is actually a test mule of the pocket rocket so don’t act too surprised if the final product will turn out to be slightly different than this.
The brand new Smart ForTwo Brabus will be easily differentiated from the standard version thanks to the more aggressive body kit, which will be adding a modified front and rear bumper, spoilers, a unique front grille and several other tweaks. The model will also come with darker headlights, a lowered sports suspension system, electronic driving system and so on. The engine found under its hood is believed to be the 0.9 liter 3-cylinder turbocharged unit, which will be producing approximately 110 – 120 HP, connected to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. The Smart ForTwo Brabus is expected to be officially presented to the public during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, in March.
