The German based automaker Smart has recently introduced a special edition of the ForTwo, named the Sharpred, which is available as both a coupe and a convertible.
According to the car manufacturer, the Smart ForTwo Sharpred Edition is coming with a black exterior color and with a red paint for the mirrors and tridion safety cell, standing out of the crowd with a black grille also and with the 15 inch alloy wheels finished in brilliant black. Smart says that interior changes for the ForTwo Sharpred Edition are limited, but the model is now coming with features like black leather seats, red contrast stitching or unique floor mats.
“The latest edition from smart has been christened sharpred. This smart fortwo is a real eye-catcher as the intense red of the tridion safety cell and door mirror housing forms a striking contrast to the rest of the exterior in black”, as the automaker is saying in its official press release.
Under the hood, the Smart ForTwo Sharpred Edition is powered by a 1.0 liter three-cylinder petrol engine, which is developing a total output of 70 horsepower, but a different version of the engine is also available, generating 83 horsepower. Smart says that the starting price of the ForTwo Sharpred Edition has been set at EUR14.490 in Germany, including VAT, and the production of the model will be limited to 1.800 units.
