Soulja Boy buys new Porsche 911 Cabrio

The famous American rapper, actor, record producer and entrepreneur, Soulja Boy, has recently bought himself a brand new ride, a Porsche 911 Cabrio.

Usually when turning 22, kids get a second hand car which breaks off when they’re not expecting it. But when your stage name is Soulja Boy and you’re already a millionaire, the new Porsche 911 Cabrio seems like the right choice in getting a hot ride. We actually liked the Porsche 911 Cabrio (991) before but with the German sports car being chosen by a lot of celebrities recently, we’re not sure what to think of it anymore.

As a quick reminder, the 2012 Porsche 911 Cabrio is coming with the same 3.4 liter engine, producing 350 HP, on the Carrera, just like the regular version of the model, and with the larger 3.8 liter powering the Carrera S, generating 500 HP. Both engines are mated to the new seven-speed manual transmission. When equipped with the PDK, the Carrera can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 4.6 seconds and the Carrera S in 4.3 seconds. The two drop-tops are available for order since earlier this year.
