A special Tailor Made example of the Ferrari California T has been officially unveiled and it will be introduced at the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The most affordable model currently produced in Maranello is getting a special version these days as this will be making its public debut during the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The sports car is coming with a Bianco Italia paint finish on its body and it has the double-asymmetric Blu Hellen stripe. The interior design is wearing a Blu Sterling finish and it has the Bianco elements and some carbon fibr trim.
There is also a new high-tech material, called the Mycro Prestige, which is highly resistant, offering a lot of grip and weighing one-third the weight of the leather. This is also water resistant, porous and breathable and flameproof, so we might be talking about something which will eventually become standard in car interiors over the next years. The California T is a significant updated version of the older California. This has been introduced back in early 2014 and it has maintained its front-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. It is making use of the same unit found on the 488 GTB, but in a different form, the 3.9 liter V8 twin turbo engine, capable of putting down 552 HP (412 kW) on this model. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), it needs 3.6 seconds and top speed stands at 315 km/h (196 mph).
