The South Korean based automaker Kia has been recently spied while testing the brand new Sedona, which is also known as the Carnival, ahead of its public debut which will take place in New York, next month.
Kia’s newest creation is named the Sedona (Carnival) and it represents a new generation of the model which has been in producing ever since 2006. The vehicle in question will be getting a new styling direction and despite being heavily disguised, the test mule pictured below doesn’t seem to have a radical design in that front fascia, but we can still spot the sweptback headlights or the modified front grille.
The distinctive greenhouse is slimmer at the rear than in the front and besides the new looks, the model in question will also come with increased technology and safety features. The 2015 Kia Sedona (Carnival) is believed to get a roomier interior design, along with some additional cargo space. A new infotainment system will be added to the rear seats and some of the high-tech options to be found on this car include the LDWS, the BSM or the three-mode electric adjustable power steering. A refreshed petrol and diesel engine lineup has been promised and the top of the line version will come with a 290 HP 3.3 liter V6 GDi.
