A facelifted version of the current Porsche 911 (991) generation has been recently caught on camera by our spy photographers while it was being tested.
We still didn’t get all versions of the new Porsche 911 (991) generation but that isn’t stopping the German based automaker into working on the development of a facelift for the popular sports car. The fresh design which will be received by the Porsche 911 is being highlighted by the images posted below, which have been caught on camera by our spy photographers and they are coming two years after the model has been officially unveiled during the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, in September.
The test mule pictured below is wearing some camouflage on its front and rear aprons and we can see the reshaped air intakes on its front fascia, he LED daytime running lights, the larger taillights on its rear end and some other tweaks which are all indicating a facelift. The updated Porsche 911 is believed to make its way to a major automotive event next year, probably the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its launch.
