An undisguised version of the facelifted version of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class has been caught on camera for the first time.
Mercedes-Benz is currently working on a facelifted version of the A-Class, despite the popular compact car not being unveiled a long time ago, and this is no surprise anymore, because it has been caught on camera several times by now by spy photographers from the continent. What comes as something new is that today we get to see, for the first time ever, how the model in question will look like, thanks to a leaked image.
Spotting the differences between the facelifted version and the model already available is quite tricky but at a second look, we do notice the revised front bumper, the updated headlight graphics, the weird looking alloy wheels and some other minor tweaks, which should be enough to put some space between this and the current model. We also have to mention the brand new green body paint, which is a first for the compact hatchback too.
Rumor has it that the vehicle will also receive the optional LED headlights, the LED ambient lighting in the cabin, the revised safety and assistance systems, a new infotainment system with a Wi-Fi hotspot support and several other goodies which will be differentiating this version even more. The range-topping version, the A45 AMG, is believed to get a power bump of up to 20 HP (15 kW). More details on the model should be announced soon as order books are expected to open in July and the first deliveries to begin in September.
