Spyker has recently announced its plans to introduce the B6 Venator Spyder, which should hit the market in the nearby future.
After showing us the B6 Venator Coupe Concept back in March 2013, during the Geneva Motor Show, Spyker is ending up in our news once again, this time with an announcement, which is saying that the carmaker is planning to introduce a convertible version of the model, which will be named the Spyker B6 Venator Spyder. The model will be based on the Coupe and this means that it will come with the same lightweight aluminum chassis, with a carbon fiber body and with some other components.
More details on the Spyker B6 Venator Spyder remain unknown for the moment and will be announced later on this year, when the model is expected to make its way onto the market, but as a quick reminder, the Coupe will come with a 3.5 liter mid-mounted V6 engine, producing 375 HP, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The rear-wheel drive sports car will weigh 3,080 pounds and it will rival models like the Audi R8 or the Porsche 911. Its price will be set at 125,000 euros.
