The North American based automotive giant Chrysler Group has recently pulled the wraps off the SRT Viper TA, ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2013 New York Auto Show.
According to the car manufacturer, the brand new SRT Viper TA is a limited track edition of the popular sports car which will be officially presented to the public during the 2013 New York Auto Show on the 27th of March. If you think you may have found your perfect car, think again, because production of the SRT Viper TA will be limited to just 33 units, so chances of buying one are very limited.
The SRT Viper TA is street legal and it’s finished in Crusher Orange, being created by the Chrysler Group’s SRT (Street and Racing Technology) team. The SRT Viper TA is coming with several upgrades, like the ultra-lightweight matte black multi-spoke Sidewinder II wheels, wrapped in Pirelli P Zero COrsa tires, the two-mode Bilstein Damptronic suspension, Brembo braking system and some other tweaks, the like the standard under-bonnet aluminum X-brace which is being replaced with a lightweight carbon fiber one. The V10 8.4 liter engine is found under its hood, which is good for 477 kW and 813 Nm of torque, allowing the 1,518 kg car to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds.
