SsangYong has recently introduced a modified version of the Korando in the United Kingdom, where the model is now available for order from 14,995 GBP.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2014 SsangYong Korando is coming with features like the LED daytime running lights, the 16- or 17-inch rim designs, new body colors like the Silent Silver, Grand White, Cosmic Blue, Carbonic Grey, Space Black and Sunrise Red, nice soft-touch plastics in the cabin, extra cup holders, mobile phone tray, matte wood grain inserts, flip-down sunglasses holder and some redesigned parts of the interior.
SsangYong says that the 2014 Korando facelift is taking its power from a 2.0 liter diesel engine, which has been retained from the previous version. The unit is producing a total output of 146 HP or 172 HP, depending on the version chosen, and it can be had with a manual transmission or with an automatic one, both of them having five speeds. No matter what version of the engine is chosen the torque figure will be the same, 360 Nm (265 lb-ft), available between 2,000 rpm and 3,000 rpm. AWD is available from 16,495 GBP.
