The South Korean based automaker SsangYong has recently announced its plans to introduce a new concept car, the LIV-1, during the 2013 Seoul Motor Show.
The new SsangYong LIV-1 Concept is just one out of many concept cars made by the company, which includes the XIV-1, the XIV-2 and the SIV-1, amongst others. The name LIV-1 is coming from Limitless Interface Vehicle, and the model is actually rumored to go into production. The sketches posted below are showing an SUV with some interesting lines, which will probably make the future vehicle more appealing than other models in the lineup.
“LIV-1 implies the meaning of Limitless Potentials and Limitless Joy which expresses the unlimited high performance and the value of large premium SUV concept”, as the automaker is saying in its official press release.
Unfortunately we don’t have any more details on the LIV-1 Concept and we will have to wait for the 2013 Seoul Motor Show to officially open its gates in order to find out more about it and also to see its design for the first time. SsangYong says that besides the LIV-1 Concept, the carmaker will also bring the SIV-1 Concept to the same automotive event, along with other models.
