Subaru BRZ gets updated for Japan image

The Japanese based automaker Subaru has recently announced a series of updates for the 2015 BRZ on its local market.

The 2015 Subaru BRZ has received a series of updates on its local market which should make it even more appealing to its future customers. According to the car manufacturer, the model in question is now bringing a new entry level version, called the BRZ R Customize Package, which should appeal to customers who will modify their ride.

If you were hoping for a lot of details on the topic, you will be in for a surprise as the car manufacturer has declined to go into specifics. The only details announced for this vehicle are the trunk mat and the air conditioning. Additional changes made to the car also include the improved electric power system, the stiffer chassis, the satin silver accents for the shift panel and steering wheel and the revised color palette. The updated BRZ will go on sale in Japan from the 16th of April starting at 2,230,000 YEN.

As you probably already know by now, the Subaru BRZ is the same car as the Toyota GT 86, or the Scion FR-S, as it is called over-seas. The model in question has been in production since 2012 and it is put together in Japan. It has a two-door coupe body style, along with a front engine and rear-wheel drive layout. Power is provided by a 2.0L four-cylinder boxer engine, connected to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
