The 2013 Subaru BRZ will appear in the upcoming Fast and Furious 6 movie where the sports car is expected to get a new body kit and some other tweaks.
Fast and Furious 6, which is expected to arrive in cinemas sometimes next year, will feature a Subaru BRZ which, according to WOT, will probably get an aerodynamic body kit along with a lowered suspension and upgraded wheels. The Japanese sports car might also be smashed up, but either way, this will be quite interesting to watch, like the previous five movies.
As a quick reminder, the Subaru BRZ is available in two trim levels, the SE and the SE Lux, and the base version is getting standard features like the push-button start, dual-zone air conditioning, keyless entry, cruise control, electrically folding mirrors, leather gearlever, leather handbrake, ESP, iPod connectivity, six-speaker steror system, torque-sensing limited slip differential and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Power to the Subaru BRZ is provided by the same engine found on the Toyota GT 86 and on the Scion FR-S, the Subaru developed 2.0 liter four-cylinder unit, which is producing a total output of 197 BHP, sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission in standard or through a six-speed automatic, available as an option.
