Subaru has introduced the new Cross Sport Design Concept to the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, where the model has been officially presented to the public in a world premiere.
The Japanese based automaker Subaru seems to have run out of inspiration when it comes to the new Cross Sport Design Concept because the model in question looks very much like the BRZ sports car and it may be referred to as the BRZ Shooting Brake, the BRZ Outback or the BRZ CrossTrek. The model in question is said to preview the next trend in urban SUVs and this basically means that the company will soon introduce a production version of it.
The new Subaru Cross Sport Design Concept is said to combine sport and utility and to feature easy seat access, an abundant luggage space, a comfortable interior and much more, which should be the main reasons for selecting a new crossover. The model in question stands at 170 inches in length and it weighs just 2,756 pounds. Power is being provided by a boxer engine and it’s being sent to the all-wheel drive. No details on offering a production version have been announced yet.
