Subaru has recently pulled the wraps off the BRZ Premium Sport Package special edition, ahead of its home market sale which has been scheduled for December.
The Subaru BRZ remains one of the most popular cheap and fun vehicles available for order, along with its sister, the Toyota GT 86 / Scion FR-S, and the model has recently received a special edition, named the BRZ Premium Sport Package. According to the car manufacturer, this special edition will only go on sale in Japan, in December, and it has been fitted with black-topped mirror caps available in a range of colors, tan and black theme in the cabin, green stitching, leather seats, leather wrapped steering wheel and much more.
The premium touches also include the Alcantara shoulder pads, the carbon fiber like dash panel, the aluminum pedals, the red STI engine start button the satin silver trim highlights and some other tweaks. The Subaru BRZ Premium Sport Package is still powered by the 2.0 liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder boxer engine, which is producing a total output of 147 kW and it has a peak torque of 205 Nm. The unit can be mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Prices for the model will start at 3,034,500 YEN and 100 units will be made.
