The newest addition to the “Gran Turismo family” is called the Viziv GT and it has been signed by Subaru, being recently unveiled.
After releasing several teaser images with the model, Subaru has finally pulled the wraps off the Viziv GT Gran Turismo Concept. The model in question is instantly recognizable and it is coming with a prominent front grille, which has been flanked by the LED headlights, with distinctive side skirts, with muscular fenders, a rakish windscreen, a large rear wing and a stylish diffuser, to help it stand out from a crowd.
The brand new Subaru Viziv GT Gran Turismo is weighing 1,380 kg (3,042 lbs) and it is packing a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine under its hood, which is backed up by three electric motors, one up front and two at the rear. The plug-in hybrid powertrain is producing a total output of 591 HP (435 kW) and a whopping 800 Nm (593 lb-ft) of torque.
The car manufacturer says that the electric motors are controlled independently but has declined to go into performance specifications so chances are we will hear about it in the near future. The Subaru Viziv GT Vision Gran Turismo will be added to the Gran Turismo 6 shortly.
