Super Bowl’s MVP Joe Flacco receives free 2014 Corvette

A free 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has been offered to Joe Flacco, after he was named the MVP of the Super Bowl XLVII.

Baltimore Ravens’ quarterback Joe Flacco has managed to get himself a brand new ride recently but the best news for him is that he didn’t have to pay it. The new car received by Flacco is the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and it was presented to him by Banner Chevrolet. This is the second unit of the Chevrolet Corvette’s new generation which has found a new owner, after the first one has been sold at a Barrett-Jackson auction for a whopping 1.1 million USD.

As a quick reminder, the brand new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has been officially presented to the public a few weeks ago, during the 2013 North American International Auto Show. The model is powered by the LT1 6.2 liter V8 engine, coming with CVVT and direct injection and producing a total output of 450 HP (336 kW) and 450 lb-ft of torque (609 Nm). This is enough to allow the model to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds. More details on the new Corvette will be announced close to its launch.
