Suzuki has recently announced that the Swift Sport Concept will be officially presented to the public during the 2012 Sydney Motor Show.
After it was unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon earlier this year, the Suzuki Swift Sport Concept is entering our news once again, this time with the Japanese based automaker announcing its debut in Australia too, during the 2012 Sydney Motor Show.
“It’s great what Suzuki Australia will be doing at this year’s Motor Show. We find some visitors to the Show are extremely interested in what particular exhibitors offer in all of their fields, not just in automotive”, said the event director, Russ Tyrie. “Visitors to the Motor Show will be able to see the full range of Suzuki vehicles including an exciting one-off concept Swift, but also examples of what else the company offers in the motorcycle and marine markets.”
The Suzuki Swift Concept is coming with revised side skirts, with a prominent rear wing, with LED daytime running lights, a new rear bumper, dual exhaust system and five-spoke alloy wheels. No details have been announced on its performance yet but the standard model is coming with a 1.6 liter four-cylinder engine which is producing a total output of 136 HP (100 kW) and 160 Nm of torque (118 lb-ft). Additional details on the Suzuki Swift Sport Concept will be announced during the 2012 Sydney Motor Show.
