Switzer Nissan GT-R gets 1,000 HP image

The aftermarket specialists at Switzer have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, a new upgrade package for the iconic Nissan GT-R.

The Nissan GT-R is probably one of the most interesting cars of our century and while the company’s engineers and designers are constantly working to improve it each year, a new battle is carried out between tuning companies. The newest upgrade package to make its way onto the market is signed by the aftermarket specialists at Switzer and it’s allowing the model to produce a total output of 1,000 HP. The Nissan GT-R in question can only be ordered at certain dealers across the United States.

Switzer says that the Nissan GT-R has received the Ultimate Street Edition package which includes a 1,000 HP engine, a strengthened transmission, a lower ride height thanks to the modified suspension system and a fresh set of Switzer Signature Series alloy wheels. The Nissan GT-R USE, as it was named, can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just over 2 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 322 km/h in less than 1 mile (1.6 km). The quarter mile is done in 9 seconds. Prices for the Nissan GT-R USE by Switzer start at 88,990 USD.
