The Spanish based automaker GTA has recently released a teaser image with the upcoming 2015 Spano, which will be officially presented to the public at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, next month.
The 2015th edition of the Geneva Motor Show is announcing to be one of the hottest ones over these past few years with a lot of world premieres, concept cars and technologies which should keep petrol heads interested for quite some days. With all major car manufacturers being present at the Swiss automotive event, GTA couldn’t miss out on the opportunity of bringing an updated 2015 Spano.
The model in question has received an entirely new body, which has been made out of carbon fiber, titanium, Kevlar and grapheme, which is a thin layer of pure carbon, along with some different LED taillights noticeable from the teaser image, with a more aggressive diffuser, with a dual side exhaust setup, a prominent trunk lid and several other goodies.
The 2015 GTA Spano will be powered by an 8.0 liter V10 twin turbo engine, which has been developed in-house. The unit is capable of producing a total output of 925 HP (690 kW) and an impressive 1,220 Nm (900 lb-ft) of torque. This is enough to allow the supercar to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in just 2.9 seconds and to go up to a top speed of 370 km/h (230 mph). The supercar will be produced in 99 units but more details on it will be announced in Geneva.
