Tesla has announced the official price list for the most advanced electric car in the world, the Model S, in Australia, where the model in question will set you back for at least 91,400 AUD.
The Tesla Model S is now getting ready to enter a whole new market, Australia, as the car manufacturer has recently announced. The model in question will be arriving in the Pacific country later on this year and it will be offered in three versions, with pricing similar to the ones of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, the BMW 5-Series or the Audi A6, set at 91,400 AUD for the base entry-level version. This will be the Model S 60, with its name relating to the battery capacity.
The Tesla Model S 85 costs 103,400 AUD while the top of the line Model S 85 has been priced from 119,000 AUD. The cheapest version is coming with 225 kW and 430 Nm of torque while the Model S 85 is coming with 270 kW and 440 Nm of torque, which is enough for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint made in 5.6 seconds and a top speed of 200 km/h. More details on the Tesla Model S in Australia will be announced close to its official launch.
