The Japanese based automaker Mitsubishi has officially presented to the public the 2013 Outlander Sport during the 2012 New York Auto Show.
As you can see from the images posted below this article, the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is actually a mild facelift of the Japanese crossover. Mitsubishi says that the “new” Outlander Sport is coming as a five-seater and it’s currently the best-selling vehicle in the company’s lineup in North America, being assembled at the Normal, Illinois plant for both domestic and foreign markets.
“Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) has unveiled an enhanced and improved 2013 Outlander Sport compact crossover utility vehicle (CUV) at the 2012 New York International Auto Show”, as the automaker said in its official press release.
The 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is coming with a redesigned front fascia for the bumper, grille and fog lights, a new rear bumper, redesigned side sills and a fresh set of 18-inch alloy wheels, offered as standard on all trim levels for the 2013 model year. The facelifted Outlander Sport is available in White Pearl, Quick Silver, Laguna Blue, Labrador Black Pearl, Mercury Gray and Rally red and the model is also fitted with an enhanced CVT for improved performance.
