Japan’s car manufacturer Toyota announced the prices for the new Yaris model, which start at 11.170 pounds.
Customers of the new Yaris can choose between two different petrol engines, 1.0 litre three cylinder, which develops 68 BHP and 69 lb-ft torque, and 1.33 litre Dual VVT-i.
The diesel version is also the most expensive one, at 14.260 pounds, customers will get the 1.4 litre D-4D, which produces 89 BHP and 151 lb-ft of torque. Fuel consumption of this version is 72.4 mpg, improved by seven percent, according to Toyota.
The entry level of the new Yaris, the 1.0 litre engine, is 11.170 pounds, followed by the 1.33 litre SR, which also gets 16 inch alloy wheels, rear spoiler, front fog lamps, part-leather interior, lower suspension and tinted windows, from 13.335 pounds. The mid level Yaris can reach 15.385 pounds, depending on the optionals.
The new Toyota Yaris is already available in showrooms.
