This particular example of the BMW M3 has been the subject of a small photo shoot recently and it is showing its appealing lines, color and wheels.
We have seen plenty of good looking BMW M3s over these past few years but this particular example has to be up there in the top thanks to its gorgeous green finish for the body and to the aftermarket wheels. The model in question is riding on ADV05 M.V2 wheels and the modifications made to it stop here. And we’re glad they do because adding anything more to it may have turned it into a kitschy ride, but this performance sedan actually looks perfect.
If you were hoping that some tweaks have been made under its hood too, you will be disappointed because the same 3.0 liter M TwinPower Trubo straight six-cylinder unit can be found, in standard form. This is capable of producing a total output of 425 HP (313 kW) between 5,500 rpm and 7,300 rpm and it has a peak torque of 550 Nm (406 lb-ft), available between 1,800 rpm and 5,500 rpm. The unit is connected to a 6-speed manual or an optional DCT transmission and it needs just 4.1 seconds to reach 60 mph (96 km/h) from a standstill with the manual and 3.9s with the automatic. Top speed has been electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph) but this can raise to 280 km/h (174 mph) with the M Driver’s Package, offered as an option.
