The first official images with the brand new Smart ForTwo Brabus have recently ended up on the web as the model will be introduced at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, on the 3rd of March.
The new generation of the Smart ForTwo is getting ready to receive its range topping version, the ForTwo Brabus, as this will be officially presented to the public next Tuesday, during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The two images posted below are actually revealing the design of the new top of the line model and, despite not revealing that much, they are still a good exercise for the imagination.
The 2016 Smart ForTwo Brabus has a slightly updated rear bumper, a center mounted dual exhaust system, a small rear diffuser, revised side skirts and several other goodies. The same sporty design is continued in the cabin where we can find the two-tone leather seats with contrast stitching, the Brabus floor mats, the Brabus branded sill plates and so on.
We are not exactly sure what is found under its hood but as you may remember, initial reports were announcing the use of the 0.9 liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine, which is capable of producing a total output of 120 HP (88 kW). The unit should consume about 5.2 liters of fuel every 100 km (54.3 mpg UK / 45.2 mpg US) while emitting 119 g/km of CO2. More details on the new Smart ForTwo Brabus are limited at this time and will be announced in Geneva.
