An image with the interior design of the new Chevrolet Spark generation has surfaced on the web ahead of its unveil scheduled for next month.
The small city car produced by Chevrolet, the Spark, is ready for a new generation and after a few spy shots and teaser images, the model in question is now returning in a new photo, which is revealing its interior design. This has surfaced on a South-Korean website and it is showing us the same dashboard arrangement, with new design cues. We can notice the new design for the steering wheel, the new gauges, the infotainment system and all the buttons which appear to be in their “normal” places. This is pretty much what we can tell from this image considering the fact that it has been taken in low quality.
The 2016 Chevrolet Spark is said to be powered by a 3-cylinder 1.0 liter naturally aspirated engine, rated at 75 HP (55 kW), connected to a 5-speed manual transmission. The model will be packing goodies such as the heated front seats, heated steering wheel, infotainment system, sunroof, cruise control, park assist and so on. The rear door handles are said to be mounted near the C-pillar, as a signature, just like the current version. The new Spark will be 3,680 mm long, with a 2,385 mm long wheelbase and a trunk capacity of up to 1,000 liters, with the rear seats folded. The model will be unveiled at the New York Auto Show and Seoul Auto Show, on April 2.
