The Ford Mustang will be offered in a limited edition in this year’s Neiman Marcus Christmas Book.
Christmas may still be more than two months away but that isn’t stopping Neiman Marcus from accepting orders for the special edition of the Ford Mustang in this year’s Christmas Book in just a week. The model in question has been called the 2015 Neiman Marcus Limited Edition Ford Mustang Convertible and it is making use of a tri-color exterior, bringing the unique tonneau cover, the 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Nitto NO05 tires, the Magnaflow side-exiting exhaust system and the Lexan windows, amongst others.
Neiman Marcus hasn’t released any images with the interior design but it does say that this has the individually numbered plaque, the embroidered headrests, the illuminated door sill plates, the lightweight racing seats, the carbon fiber trim and more. The most important part of the muscle car is found under its hood, where the range-topping 5.0 liter V8 engine is being found. This has been significantly updated and it is now capable of putting down a total of 700 HP (522 kW), being connected to a six-speed manual transmission. Power is being sent to the all-wheel drive system. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), the muscle car needs just 3.6 seconds and it can go up to a top speed of 313 km/h (195 mph). The Neiman Marcus Limited Edition Ford Mustang Convertible will be produced in just 100 units and order books will be opened on the 13th of October. Each one will cost 95,000 USD. Deliveries will begin on the 1st of March, 2016.
