And it’s here to stay, so you’d better get used to it, Mercedes-AMG G63 6×6 fans!
The six-wheeled G63 AMG is no longer in production and this used to be extremely expensive, so if you are into such a model but you don’t want to spend a fortune on a second-hand one, that is if you can find it, of course, than the Kahn Flying Huntsman may be just what the doctor has ordered. The model in question is currently being offered for sale, for 199,875 GBP (282,500 EUR / 311,400 USD) and this “Prototype Mission 1” has been driven for just 402 km (250 miles), so it is basically brand new.
The Kahn Flying Huntsman 6×6 has been based on the Defender and it is coming, besides the extra axle, with a lot of tweaks, including the Volcanic Rock Satin finish covering its body, the new front and rear bumpers, the extended hood, the side exhaust vents, the stainless steel dual crosshair exhaust, the unique sill plates, the red leather upholstery, quilted leather headliner and so on. Under its hood, you will be finding a 6.2 liter V8 engine. This is the LS3 signed by General Motors and Kahn Design says that this is capable of putting down a total of 500 HP (373 kW), sent to the six-wheel drive. The model has been shown back in March, during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
