A black-finished Lamborghini Huracan with a funny license plate has been spotted recently in Canada.
Buying a supercar is nothing more than a social symbol for most but there are also a few owners that stand out from the crowd and they are actually choosing a an exotic model because they have always dreamed about having one and they can now finally afford it. This is probably the explanation for why the owner of this Lamborghini Huracan has chosen such a license plate for his black-finished “beast”.
The Lamborghini Huracan is a rear mid-engined and all-wheel drive supercar which is produced in Sant’Agata Bolognese. It has been designed by Filippo Perini, who was also in charge of creating the larger Aventador. The Huracan is coming as a successor of the Gallardo, which remains to this date the most popular supercar ever with more than 14,000 units produced in its entire lifetime.
The “cousin” of the Audi R8 is being offered in two body styles, a coupe, introduced last year, in Geneva, and a roadster, shown at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. Both of them are sharing the same 5.2 liter naturally aspirated V10 engine. This is producing no less than 602 HP (449 kW) at 8,250 rpm and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque, available at 6,500 rpm. Power is sent to the AWD System through a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission which is allowing the supercar to go from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds and to reach a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph).
