No, Porsche didn’t release a range-topping version of the Cayenne as this has been upgraded by TechArt.
What would you say to a tuned Porsche Cayenne Turbo? Well, the obvious answer would be “no”, but considering the fact that this has been modified by TechArt and that it looks even better than the standard one, this action may be reconsidered. The model in question is bringing an increase in power, but despite this, the fuel consumption and the CO2 emissions have only risen slightly. According to the tuner, the fuel economy has been bumped by just 1 percent and the CO2 emissions by 0.8 percent.
The new power kit available for the Porsche Cayenne Turbo from TechArt is bringing a total of 700 HP and 920 Nm of torque, which is more than the 515 HP and 750 Nm offered by the standard one. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), this model needs just 3.9 seconds and top speed stands at 300 km/h (186 mph). The power kit has been called the TechArt TA058/T2 and the power delivery is available in two stages, 640 HP in normal operation and 700 HP at the touch of the Sport button. The 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) acceleration is made in 13.8 seconds, as the tuner is saying. TechArt will be offering this power kit for the Cayennes wearing the Magnum body and it will become available for order later on this year.
