The former F1 driver from the ‘80s Tiff Needell will be hosting this year’s Top Gear Live, the event that lasts 80 minutes on the Lotus Motorsport configured track, “helped” on the way by BBC’s Rebecca Wilcox, who will present the “Stars in reasonably-priced cars” and some drag racing featured by special guests who will take on the circuit.

“I always have a fantastic time at Top Gear Live and this year it will be the best ever, they will literally be transporting every element of the TV program indoors and, with plenty of supercars, rally cars, noise and pyrotechnics, the snow is sure to delight each and every visitor”, said Tiff Needell.

The 2011 Top Gear Live event will be held between 11 and 13 November at the NEC Birmingham and 24 – 27 November in London Excel. The event is being produced by the former Top Gear producer Rowland French and it’s expected to feature “the same” breath-taking stunts, blockbusting driving sequences and amazing special effects, all of the put together by the world’s best precision drivers.
