Toyota has recently announced its plans to introduce several concept cars at the Tokyo Auto Salon.
According to the Japanese based automaker, the models which will be unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon, wearing Toyota’s badges on their bodies, will be the Harrier Modellista and the Harrier TRD Sportivo. The carmaker says that the Toyota Harrier TRD Sportivo Concept has received an aerodynamic body kit, which is made out of a front spoiler, two rear spoilers and new side skirts. The model in question is also getting the revised front grille, the 18-inch aluminum wheels, the sports exhaust system and a TRD suspension.
The Toyota Harrier Modellista will receive the Ver.1 Aero kit, which is made out of a front spoiler, a tailgate mounted spoiler and some revised side skirts. The vehicle is also getting the 19-inch aluminum wheels wrapped in Yokohama tires and some lowering springs. The interior is adding a wooden luggage compartment, piano black trim and LED lighting. Power is being provided by a 2.0 liter unit, which is producing 151 HP (111 kW) and 193 Nm (142 lb-ft) of torque, mated to a CVT, sending power to the front wheels. More details on the two models will be announced in Tokyo.
