A test mule of the new generation Toyota Avensis has been recently caught on camera by our spy photographers while it was being tested out on public roads.
The Japanese based automaker Toyota is currently working out on a new generation of the Avensis which has been recently spied while it was being tested out. Despite wearing some heavy camouflage on its body, the vehicle in question seems to have a familiar design with the same classic lines, but don’t be fooled by this because, underneath its body, we will find the new mechanics of the new generation.
The 2017 Toyota Avensis is believed to come with a completely new exterior design which will be influenced, in the front fascia, by the newer models in the company’s lineup. The cabin will be highly updated too and higher quality materials, along with new technologies, will be found here. The engine lineup will also be completely new and it will include petrol, diesel and hybrid units. The new generation of the Toyota Avensis is rumored to be introduced in early 2016, which means that it will be offered as a 2017 model year. More details on it will be announced close to its debut.
