The Japanese based automaker Toyota has recently announced its plans to introduce a modified Camry with the NASCAR treatment at the 2012 SEMA Motor Show in Las Vegas.
According to the car manufacturer, Toyota has teamed up with Kyle Busch from NASCAR in order to create this bespoke Camry for the 2012 SEMA Motor Show and the model has been named the Rowdy Edition, but it’s actually a one-off. The Toyota Camry Rowdy Edition has been based on the Camry SE and the model is getting features like the wide body kit with front splitter, rear diffuser, ram-air hood, dual exhaust system or 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich G-Force Sport Comp 2 tires.
The interior design of the Toyota Camry Rowdy Edition is getting the same two-tone leather seats from the Lexus IS F, along with the Advent Otocam3 entertainment system and illuminated sill plates. The carmaker is saying that the Toyota Camry Rowdy Edition has been made by Detroit Speed & Engineering in Mooresville, North Carolina. Besides this one-off NASCAR Camry, Toyota will also bring other modified vehicles to the 2012 SEMA Motor Show and more details about these will be announced in Vegas soon.
