The 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Ultimate Edition has been officially presented to the public during the 2013 SEMA Motor Show and it’s celebrating the production stop of the regular FJ Cruiser.
The Japanese based automaker Toyota has recently introduced the 2014 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Ultimate Edition, during the SEMA Motor Show. According to the company, the model in question is actually celebrating the production stop of the regular FJ Cruiser, which will leave the production line for the last time at the end of the 2014 model year.
The 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Ultimate Edition has received a Heritage Blue exterior finish, a TRD front skid plate, a roof rack, TRD off-road suspension system, a white grille and a set of 16-inch wheels, wrapped in BF Goodrich A/T KO tires. Changes applied to the cabin are limited and they include the FJ Cruiser Ultimate Edition dash plaque or the leather wrapped steering wheel.
Toyota says that the 2014 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Ultimate Edition will come with features like the Crawl Control, on models with the automatic transmission, Vehicle Skid Control or Active Traction Control. Production of this FJ Cruiser Special Edition will be limited to just 2,500 units and the first models will arrive at the company’s dealerships in the United States in February, 2014.
