Toyota GT 86 gets LSD doors

The German aftermarket specialists at LSD-Doors have recently launched the lambo style door kit for the new Toyota GT 86.

The Toyota GT 86 is one of the most appreciated cars of the year and after winning some awards over the last months, the model is now entering our news once again, this time with the help of the guys at LSD-Doors. The German company has launched a lambo style door kit for the Japanese sports car and this includes the mounting material, the cable set, the TUV certificate and the accessories. The exact opening and closing of the doors are being guaranteed by the GRS (Guided Roller System). The kit is available for order at specialist dealers but no price has been announced yet.

As a quick reminder, the Toyota GT 86 is getting the same engine as its “sister”, the Subaru BRZ, the 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine, with the company’s D-4S direct injection technology, which is sending the 187 horsepower (7,000 rpm) and the 205 Nm of torque (151 lb-ft at 6,600 rpm) to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. The GT 86 is 4,240 mm long, 1,285 mm tall and 2,570 mm wide. In Europe, prices for the Toyota GT 86 start at 29,990 euros.
