Toyota introducing Aygo X-Wave Convertible image

The Japanese based automaker Toyota has officially introduced a new special edition of the new Aygo generation, the Aygo X-Wave Convertible, which will go on sale soon.

If you are looking for a small city car and you have your eyes on the new generation of the Toyota Aygo, you may want to check out a special edition of the model, which has been called the Aygo X-Wave Convertible. The model in question is adding some interesting bits and pieces which will make it instantly recognizable and it should go on sale in the near future.

“Looking ahead to longer, warmer days, Toyota has launched the x-wave as an option on the five-door Aygo x-pression model. Finished in black, the roof is factory fitted and is full length, ensuring that anyone travelling in the rear seats also gets to enjoy some of the wind-in-the-hair experience”, said the car manufacturer in its official press release.

The brand new Toyota Aygo X-Wave Convertible has the black canvas roof, which is electrically operated and it has been also fitted with gloss black accents, with LED infused headlights and it is riding on 15-inch alloy wheels. The model is also bringing the x-touch infotainment system, the rearview camera or the air conditioning. Power to the car is being provided by a 1.0 liter VVT 3-cylinder engine, which is capable of producing 69 HP (51 kW) and 95 Nm (70 lb-ft) of torque. No pricing details have been announced yet.
